Some of you may be new to Sixty Studios, and are interested in learning more. Below are some of the most commonly asked questions.

Can all gifts and products be personalized?

A: Of course. Any of our product listings can be customized with any theme, name, paper style, etc. There is no request to small or too large. We pride ourselves in creating personalized gifts that you and your giftees will remember. You won’t find what we do in any store, and we are happy to help you figure out exactly what it is you are looking for.

How much do your products cost?

A: Cost of course, depends on product, materials used, and what type of personalizing, if any, you are looking for. Our prices range from $5.00 (for smaller items) up to $30.00 (for large personalizing orders and wooden blocks with more than 7 letters). Prices are custom based on what it is you are ordering. We also offer discounts on multiple orders and items. So, please email or contact us for a better assessment or what kind of cost you might be looking at.

Will you work with me if I have a deadline for a gift or event?

A: Yes. We do our absolute best to accommodate your time frame. Please note that our products can take up to 4 weeks depending on how large the order, how busy our product design team is, and if it is a holiday season or we have any upcoming shows and events. However, we will work with you, and do the best we possibly can to meet of all your needs.

How will I get my order when it is completed?

A: We will call, text, or email you several days before your order is ready and we will organize a meeting place, drop it off at your home or place that you request, or for a small fee, we can ship your product wherever you would like.

Do you gift wrap?

A: All of our orders come in a Sixty Studios gift bag with accompanying tissue paper. If for any reason, you would like it gift wrapped in wrapping paper or a specialized bag, we do ask that you let us know upon ordering and we will do our best to accompany the request, however, we cannot guarantee that it will match the exact request.

How are you best contacted?

A: You can message or visit us on Facebook, use the contact form on our website, or call/email us with any questions, comments, concerns, or orders you may want to place. We are updating, checking, and adding new things to our website every day, so we will respond within 24 to 48 hours of the request.

How do we find out where Sixty Studios will be?

A: Please check our Events and Shows page, which will include a full listing of dates, times, and addresses for any upcoming shows and events that we might be attending. Our busy season is November and December for the upcoming holiday, and we are also looking into having a few Spring shows in the future. You can also contact us directly and we will give you a current listing.

Are your products made by machine?

A: Sixty Studios takes absolute pride in our products, and we can guarantee that your product will be made by an actual person by hand. This is why our product time is several weeks. Kris Yablonski, owner of Sixty Studios created this company from the ground up, and she still creates, sands, paints, etc., on her own. She takes extreme pride in the products we offer, and she would never outsource or mainstream her product line. Every Sixty Studio product is made with extreme care, time, energy, and of course crafting love!
